Written report + live review session

01 · who it is for

For teams who own the conversion layer themselves.

For businesses whose customers are consumers: EdTech platforms, real estate, home services. High traffic, and one enquiry means one client.

case a

You build in-house

Your product or growth team is wiring an AI agent into the site, the CRM and the calendar. You want the design challenged before launch, not after a quarter of flat numbers.

case b

You inherited a setup

A vendor's agent is live. Nobody can say what it costs per qualified lead, or how many meetings it books. You need the numbers, then a decision: fix, replace or stop.

case c

You compare vendors

Three demos, three pricing models, one budget. You want an opinion from people who have run these agents at scale, on consumer traffic.

02 · the three deliverables

Three deliverables. Each one answers a question you already have.

01

Conversion audit

Where does the funnel leak, and what is it worth?

We follow a visitor from landing page to booked meeting. Response time, share of visitors who get an answer, qualification rate, booking rate, time to first human contact.

You get a one-page map. It shows the revenue at stake at each step and the three highest-return fixes.

✓ Numbers, not impressions
02

Stack and vendor assessment

Build or buy?

Model, orchestration, knowledge base, CRM and calendar integration, analytics. We compare your shortlist against what your funnel actually needs. Each option is priced at your real volume.

Per-resolution and per-conversation billing gets its own page. Intercom Fin charges from $0.99 per resolved conversation on its public pricing. On a consumer site, volume is the whole point. Your bill should not grow with it.

Our own model is a capped monthly fee, never billed per conversation. We hold every vendor to the same test.

✓ A shortlist of one, with a price
03

Implementation roadmap

In what order, owned by whom, measured how?

Which agent first, which integration next, which metric to read every Monday.

It includes the EU AI Act article 50 checklist. Since 2 August 2026, your agent must tell people they are talking to an AI. We show where the disclosure goes without killing the conversation. Read our note on article 50

✓ Ready to hand to your team

Delivered as a written report and a live review session. Scope and timeline are fixed on the call, with the fee.

03 · what it is not

Not generic AI consulting.

One layer only: how a visitor gets answered, qualified and booked. Nothing else.

  • No slide deck on AI strategy.

If the question is not about conversion or qualification, we are the wrong people. We will say so on the call.

  • No tool to buy.

The report is yours, whatever you decide. We also build and run AI sales teams. If that comes up, it comes up after the report, never inside it.

  • No opinion without a metric.

Every recommendation names the number it should move, and by when you should see it move.

your alternatives

A generalist consultancyStrong on frameworks. Usually no agent in production to learn from.
A vendor's free auditFree because it ends with a quote for their tool.
Iterating in-houseHonest numbers arrive after months of shipping. The audit gives them to you first.

04 · the proof

What operating our own deployments taught us.

Every recommendation in the report comes from something we run in production, for businesses whose customers are consumers.

EdTech, United Kingdom · TutorChase

293,000 conversations a month, three role-specific agents.

what it taught usOne agent per job beats one agent for everything. Separate knowledge bases kept answers accurate as volume grew.

Plumbing and heating, Hauts-de-France

+53% qualified leads. Google rating from 3.6 to 4.2. #1 on local search in 30 days.

what it taught usThe agent only converts what the foundations bring. Site and local SEO came first, the agent second.

Real estate, Krakow

+23% direct bookings.

what it taught usAnswering in seconds on your own site moves bookings away from commission platforms.

Questions we get on the call

No. The advisory is a stand-alone engagement. The report is yours.

Yes. That is the most common case. We measure what it delivers per qualified lead and what it costs at your volume.

Analytics access, your CRM pipeline stages, and your shortlist if you have one. We list the rest on the call.
